Kirk T. Bauer concentrates his practice in business law, real property law, real estate, estate planning, probate, and personal injury law. Mr. Bauer attended Stetson University and Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Volusia County Bar Association (past President), the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Mr. Bauer has practiced law in DeLand for over 20 years. He is an instrument rated private pilot who enjoys flying. He is active in his church and community affairs. Stephen J. Braun practices in the areas of civil litigation, business law and real estate matters. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and graduated with honors from the Wake Forest University School of Law where he was an Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review. Mr. Braun practiced law for over 25 years in the State of Maryland before returning to his native State of Florida. He has extensive experience in civil litigation as well as administrative mattes. During his legal career Mr. Braun served as the elected State’s Attorney for Charles County and was a member of the Maryland General Assembly. He served his profession as Chairman of the Trial Courts Nominating Commission for Charles County and as President of the Charles County Bar Association. Mr. Braun grew up in Leesburg and lives in Ormond Beach. Prior to joining the firm he served as Director of Special Programs for Central Florida Legal Services and Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida.
